You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

• You retain ownership of content you upload, but grant us a non-exclusive license to host and display it.
• You must have rights to all content and products you list; no illegal, infringing, or prohibited items.
• We may remove content or suspend stores that violate these Terms or applicable laws.

• Payments are processed by third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, Paystack). Their terms apply.
• You are responsible for applicable taxes, duties, and regulatory fees on your sales.
• We may charge platform or transaction fees; we will disclose these before you incur them.

Sellers must provide accurate shipping times, clear return/refund policies, and comply with consumer protection laws in the regions they sell to.

• No unlawful, deceptive, harmful, or abusive activity.
• No spam, scraping, or interference with Platform integrity or security.
• No listing of prohibited items (we may publish a Prohibited Products list).

The Platform, trademarks, and software are protected by IP laws. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works except as permitted by law.

Your use of the Platform is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use data.

The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Xonbay from claims arising out of your use of the Platform, your content, or your violation of these Terms or laws.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using the Platform at any time.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted. We’ll update the “Last updated” date and notify users where required by law.
